UTAH UPRISING FC GEARS UP FOR INAUGURAL SEASON FOLLOWING OWNERS MEETING IN LAS VEGAS
(Las Vegas, Nev.) – June 28, 2025 – Utah Uprising FC is proud to announce its return from the annual Major League Indoor Soccer (MLIS) Owners Meeting, held June 24–26 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The gathering brought together team owners and league leadership to collaborate, strategize, and continue building the future of professional indoor soccer.
Club President and Owner Michael McNeil attended the multi-day event, which covered league standards, scheduling, player registration, media partnerships, and other off-field initiatives that will shape the 2025–26 MLIS season. With Utah Uprising FC set to launch its inaugural campaign this winter, the meeting served as a key milestone in preparing for a successful debut both on and off the field.
“This league is growing fast, and we're thrilled to be part of it,” said McNeil. “We’ve had some exciting conversations with league leaders and fellow owners, and we’re more motivated than ever to bring high-energy indoor soccer to Utah. Our community deserves this.”
The MLIS continues to expand, with new teams and markets joining ahead of the 2025 season. Utah Uprising FC is proud to be part of this wave of growth and looks forward to officially introducing its roster, home venue, and schedule in the coming weeks.
